REQUIREMENTS:

-Qualification: Diploma / Degree in relevant field.

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

-Preference will be given to Male candidates only, for this position.

-Years of Experience: 0 - 5 years.

-Job Type: Full-Time.

-Job Specializations: Admin/Human Resources, Clerical/Administrative.

-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

-Required Skill(s): MS Office/Word/Excel/Powerpoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handle the full spectrum of HR including Administrative functions.

2. Managing any issue related to the accommodations staff.

3. Arranging recruitment & staffing based on HOD/Director request.

4. Handling the incoming correspondence letter.

5. Managing employees’ database in HR Systems.

6. To carry out the ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Print Expert Group Management or Directors from time to time as deemed necessary for the company.

7. Monitoring the renewal of foreign workers' visas and passports, business premises licences, fire extinguisher licences, rental agreements, and any additional related documents.

8. Make documentation and filing regularly.
