F&B Assistant Manager (Local Food Restaurant)
We are a growing local food restaurant looking for a reliable and hands-on F&B Assistant Manager to join our team. If you love Malaysian food, enjoy working with people, and can handle a fast-paced environment, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Supervise and guide service staff during busy hours
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and discipline
- Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage
- Support sales targets and daily reporting
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in F&B (restaurant experience preferred)
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Friendly, responsible, and good team player
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
