Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or min. 5 years in related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, with written and verbal communication skills.
• Accounting knowledge and experience with data entry are required.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are crucial, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative and accounting tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply; prior experience in administrative or accounting roles is a plus.

Responsibility

• Provide accounting and administrative support ensuring efficient office operations.
• Manage and maintain accurate data entry of invoices, payments, and expenses into the accounting system.
• Assist in the preparation of billing and reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and following up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic, for easy retrieval of documents and information.
• Proficient communication in English for both writing and speaking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
