Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and discreet Special Officer to the CEO to support the Chief Executive Officer in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top leadership and play a key part in strategic initiatives, operational oversight, and executive decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO on daily activities, meetings, and high-level initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and track key projects and ensure follow-through on CEO directives and priorities.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external engagements.
- Coordinate executive communications, including handling confidential correspondence, emails, and calls.
- Ensure efficient flow of information across departments to and from the CEO’s office.
- Assist in time and calendar management, ensuring the CEO’s schedule aligns with strategic priorities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Political Science, or related field.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Mandarin language is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
