Jawatan Kosong Human Resource Administration Executive in Tanjung Malim
Description :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resource & Admin Executive to support the Human Resources department and ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a mix of Human Resource functions and general office administration, playing a key role in maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, supporting onboarding processes, and managing daily office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage general office operations, including ordering and tracking office supplies, equipment and services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as phone calls, emails, mail etc.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for company records, correspondence and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and managements.
- Ensure the office is clean, well-maintained, and running efficiently.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, letters and other office documents as requested.
- Monitor office budgets and assists with petty cash claims, utility payments and general expense tracking.
- Support logistic for company events, training sessions and internal meetings.
Human Resource Administrative Support:
- Assists with basic Human Resource tasks such as filing employee documents, updating staff contact list, tracking leave or attendance records etc.
- Support onboarding process
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee records in both digital and paper formats.
Educations
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resource and/or administrative roles
Specific Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and Human Resource best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
