Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles (ambulance, van, or car) to transport elderly residents, patients, staff, or goods as assigned.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of residents, clients, medical staff, or supplies according to the daily schedule.
• Provide courteous and caring assistance to elderly passengers or patients during boarding and alighting.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor or operations team.
• Support logistics activities — delivery of medical items, documents, food supplies, or equipment between MAC facilities.
• Comply with all road safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Occasionally assist with non-driving duties such as loading/unloading and facility errands when required.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving license (Class D / E / PSV preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience; experience in healthcare, ambulance, or elderly care settings is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Klang Valley and surrounding routes.
• Responsible, patient, and professional with a caring attitude toward elderly passengers.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays (based on duty roster).
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
