Klinik Seri Setia located in SS3 Kelana Jaya is looking for a friendly, responsible, and proactive Clinic Assistant / Staff Nurse to support daily clinic operations and assist doctors. The role also includes light marketing duties such as managing social media updates and promoting clinic services.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Support

· Assist doctors during consultations, treatments, and minor procedures.

· Perform basic nursing duties (BP, temperature, wound dressing, injections, nebulizer therapy, etc.).

· Prepare treatment rooms, tools, and consumables.

Administrative & Front-Desk Duties

· Register patients and manage appointments.

· Handle calls, inquiries, and patient follow-ups.

· Process payments and update patient records.

· Dispense medications and explain usage.

Operational Duties

· Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the clinic environment.

· Manage inventory of medications and supplies.

· Follow clinic SOPs and infection-control guidelines.

Marketing & Promotion

· Assist with simple marketing tasks, including:

o Updating the clinic’s social media (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok).

o Helping create basic content such as photos, short videos, or health tips.

o Supporting clinic promotions, health campaigns, or community outreach.

o Providing ideas to increase patient engagement and clinic visibility.

· No advanced marketing experience required; training will be provided.

Requirements

· Minimum SPM; Nursing Certificate/Diploma preferred for Staff Nurse position.

· Experience in a clinic environment is an advantage (training provided).

· Comfortable using a computer and social media platforms.

· Friendly, patient, and service-oriented.

· Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
