Kota Damansara(MRT Available)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Responsibilities

1. Account Payable

• Data Entry: Key in Purchase invoice of supplier in SQL accounting Software
• Submit Payment according to approval listing in PB Enterprise

2. Procurement & Sourcing

• Supplier Sourcing: Research, identify, and negotiate with new suppliers to get the best quality and pricing for raw materials/ingredients.
• Price Monitoring: Regularly review and compare market prices to ensure cost-effectiveness for all outlets.
• External Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and property management.

3. HR & Payroll

• Payroll Processing: Handle monthly salary calculations and statutory contributions.
• Recruitment: Filter resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
• Staff Housing: Source and manage staff hostels/accommodations.

4. Operations & Office Admin

• Outdoor Duties: Handle banking matters and visit outlets/suppliers when necessary (Must have own transport).
• Office & Pantry: Manage office/pantry maintenance and handle daily lunch bookings.

Requirements

• Live near by Sunway Giza Mall
• Able to communicate in Mandarin & English is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organised, and able to meet deadlines
• Experience with Accounting Software is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
