Description :
Responsibilities
- Check-in patients, obtain necessary patient information to file and update patient records and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients
- Receive and direct phone calls & schedule appointments
- Handle billing process
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies
- Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients’ health history
- Arrange inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical supplies & stock arrangement
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Medical Assistant or relevant field
- Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Detail-Oriented Works Well with a Team
- Strong Customer-Service Skills & Good Listener
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills & Organisational Skills
- Mathematical Skills & Scientific Skills,
- Possess positive thinking & good working attitude
- Willing to take up accountability & challenges
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
