Key Responsibilities:-

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for retail operations, including manpower planning, job postings, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with recruitment agencies and talent sources to ensure continuous talent availability.

Training & Development

  • Develop and execute structured onboarding and training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and product knowledge.
  • Identify training needs and implement development initiatives for career progression and leadership development.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary actions, grievances, misconduct cases, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, Employment Act, and other relevant labor laws.

Performance Management

  • Lead performance appraisal systems and ensure effective performance monitoring across retail outlets.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement and corrective actions.
  • Develop recognition and reward programs to retain high-performing employees.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Oversee payroll processes, compensation structures, incentives, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with wage, overtime, and statutory requirements.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee data, and documentation.
  • Provide advisory support to management and employees on HR matters.

Safety, Health & Discipline

  • Implement workplace safety policies and ensure adherence to safety regulations across all retail locations.
  • Promote a positive, compliant, and professional work environment.

HR Strategy & Management Reporting

  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide HR analytics, reports, and recommendations on staffing, turnover, and employee engagement.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
