Jawatan Kosong Traffic Management Officer in Gua Musang

Description :

• Liaise with traffic management consultant, authorities & clients regarding temporary traffic diversion.
• Monitor & lead a traffic team to ensure the traffic equipment are as per Traffic Management Plan (TMP) approval.
• Maintain traffic barriers, signboards, signals in good condition.
• Prepare traffic management report TMSR.
• Review drawings & advise plan for any change in TMP.
• Plan, coordinate and review the establishment of traffic safety plans, procedures and programs which inclusive or organizing prompt response during accidents or emergencies and coordinating traffic diversion activities.
• Monitor and evaluate Traffic & Safety Unit staff conformance to the safety plans and procedures, company policy and objectives while conducting their duties to ensure the targeted productivity and quality standard are met.
• To identify and assess the traffic hazards along the project alignment or work limits and implement practical control measures to prevent traffic accidents.
• To establish and monitor Traffic Patrolling System on a regular basis to ensure all traffic obstructions (traffic accidents & damaged road furniture) are constantly identified and removed for smooth traffic flow and management.
• To conduct weekly training and/or refresher training to all the Traffic Controllers and Flagman on Approved Traffic Management Scheme, JKR Arahan Teknik 2C/85 and REAM requirements to ensure TMP management are within the jurisdiction of legal requirements.
• To ensure compliance of Safety, Health and Environment (S.H.E) policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.

Requirements:

• Must be/have Traffic Management Officer (TMO) or Traffic Management Officer (TMS) by CIDB.
• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in related field.
• Excellent knowledge of traffic management plan, traffic patrolling system, JKR Arahan Teknik 2C/85 and REAM.
• 1-3 years working experience in the capacity of traffic management with Construction Company.
• Must be willing to relocate to Gua Musang, Kelantan, accommodation provided
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, have good interpersonal and written communication skills.
