Description :
Position: Sales Admin
Industry: Food and Beverage
Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), 5 Miles, Jalan Penrissen.
Job Scope:
1. Handle internal outlets and outstation customers and agents. Assist sale admin to handle walk in & local customers if necessary.
2. Provide customer service follow company SOP.
3. Promote company products to new and existing customers.
4. In charge of debtor statement, follow up monthly.
5. In charge of petty cash for internal use.
6. Tracking KPI of Kitchen department.
7. Monitoring packaging department.
Responsibilities:
1. Knowledge on promote company products via offline or online to increase sales.
2. Able to handle social media account. (eg: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc)
3. Basic knowledge in design poster and video editing.
4. Handling weekly and monthly stock take.
Requirements:
1. Aged 28 and above.
2. Sales working experience at least 3 years and above.
3. Preferable Diploma and work experience in F&B Industry.
4. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Communication with Chinese clients is required.
5. Good in communication skill and team player.
