Job description
Responsibility
- Produce & serve all drinks to brand standards & recipes.
- Develop new drinks for special occasions that are suitable for the theme.
- Responsible with beverage bar mise-en place, restocking and stock counting during opening and closing duties.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work section, tables, restaurant especially bar area, and all equipment used.
- To ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any faults as required.
- Minimize drinks ingredient wastages which include fruits, soda water and etc.
- Carry out any other reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant.
Requirement
- Qualifications: Minimum SPM/ STPM
- Experience: Barista Experience will be added advantage
- Required language(s): English
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and during Public Holidays
- Pleasant personality and team player who is highly independent self-motivated
- Great communication skills
- Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
