Description :

The role is responsible for marketing the University and promoting its programs and services in Malaysia and/or international markets. We are looking for candidates for both locations in Kuching, Sarawak and Sabah.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implement marketing and student recruitment strategies to drive enrolment.
• Build and manage strong relationships with agents, school officials, and other stakeholders to attract prospective students.
• Advise students on available programs and provide guidance on study options at the University.
• Support and guide students through the admission process.
• Process student applications accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Plan and execute marketing activities in collaboration with academic teams.
• Maintain proper records, manage budgets for activities, and prepare regular reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised institution with at least three (3) years relevant work experience.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Position available in Kuching, Sarawak and Sabah.
• Ability to work independently with maturity, initiative, and flexibility to travel as required.
• Pleasant personality with strong customer service focus and able to develop good working relationships with students, staff members and external stakeholders.
• A good command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills and etiquette of various modes (including phone, email and online chats) and a strong willingness to learn and focus on converting enquiries and leads into enrolments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive working relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as and when required to meet student recruitment targets and demonstrated ability to respond quickly to students’ and agents’ enquiries at all time.
• Willingness to travel frequently to develop and attend to student recruitment activities of designated markets.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
