Our client is a leading Telco- communications service provider in Malaysia that offers mobile and broadband plans and the latest smartphones. They are looking for amazing talents to join their Enterprise Sales Team :

Job Summary:

  • Drive new sales for Enterprise core products (mobile, broadband, device bundles) to corporate customers and employees through roadshows, outbound activities, and engagements.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring accurate sales transactions and comply with KYC and PDPA while achieving daily, weekly and monthly business targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales & Roadshow Support - Execute roving and roadshow activities to generate leads and close sales.
  • Sales Pipeline -Build and maintain a sales pipeline using SFDC and Retailer Portal from leads collected from outbound activities.
  • Lead Follow Up -Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads; update status in SFDC and Retailer Portal
  • Account Management - Nurture leads, convert to activations, and upsell additional services.
  • Customer Service (Pre & After Sales Support) - Handle pre- and post-sales inquiries; resolve issues promptly.
  • Market Awareness - Identify and monitor market trends and competitors’ actions to gain competitive advantage.
  • Relationship Management - Build rapport with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional services. Maintain strong rapport with both internal stakeholders and enterprise customers.
  • Compliance - Strictly adhere to established KYC, PDPA and internal sales SOPs.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate should possess a minimum of SPM/Certificate/Diploma and above
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years proven experience in sales, account management or relevant field. Fresh grads are also welcome!
  • Possess own transports & willing to travel within given area
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Result driven and passionate individual who eager to help customer by providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness for feedback
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. Weekends work only if required, will be paid as OT
