Inside Sales (Office based 5 days working) #SG MNC - SGD 2.8K-3.2K
(1-Year Contract – Convertible to Permanent)

Location: DBS Asia Hub, Changi (Free shuttle bus provided)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Open to: Malaysians & Singaporeans

Salary & Earnings Potential

• Base Salary:
• Without SG insurance certifications: up to SGD 2,800
• With certifications (BCP, PGI, HI): up to SGD 3,500
• High Commission Structure:
• Average commission per successful closure: up to SGD 6,000
• Commission tiers range from 8% to 22% (highest tier for $20K sales)
• No commission cap / no rollover

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to promote insurance products to existing and potential customers
• Engage customers confidently and explain product benefits clearly
• Follow up on warm leads provided by the company
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Ensure compliance with company sales guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Participate in training and certification programs to improve product knowledge and performance

Requirements

• Preferably 1 year experience in telesales, banking, insurance, or customer service
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Sales-driven, confident, and target-oriented personality
• Comfortable with outbound calling and performance-based environment
• Experience in banking or insurance sales is an advantage

Job Details

• Contract: 1-year (Renewable / Convertible to Permanent)
