Responsibilities
- Support daily business operations and departmental activities.
- Assist in achieving team goals and performance targets.
- Participate in training, cross-functional projects, and development programs.
- Contribute ideas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with managers to gain leadership and team management experience.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, or Marketing (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in business operations, automotive industry, and leadership development.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work in a team.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
