Description :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Executive to support and enforce our EHS programs, ensuring a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant EHS regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and audits to ensure safe practices are complied with local legal requirement.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate and deliver EHS training, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Manage emergency response plans, including fire safety, spill control, and evacuation drills.
- Maintain EHS records, prepare regulatory reports, and support internal/external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety and environmental standards into daily operations.
- Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in EHS performance.
QUALIFICATION:-
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Possesses SHO green book and OSH Coordination certifications.
- Candidates with ad-hoc competency certifications relevant to industrial operations will have an advantage.
- Minimum 2–4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of local EHS regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and training delivery skills.
- Experience in energy storage, electronics, or chemical handling environments is a strong advantage.
- The candidate must be willing to work in Jeram Selangor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
