Jawatan Kosong Senior Executive Internal Auditor in Kuala Selangor
Description :
1. Plan and conduct internal audit reviews according to the approved annual audit plan to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal control, governance, and risk management processes for the plant.
2. Develop comprehensive audit programs and perform various audit tests and analyses in alignment with audit objectives.
3. Execute all audit fieldwork, ensuring thorough documentation of audit work papers to support conclusions and results. The audits that covered system audits, process audits and product audits to determine the compliance, its implementation, effectiveness of controls and accuracy of management systems and operations in compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, cGMP, FDA, MDR guidelines and company established procedures.
4. To conduct audit with complete independent execution, ensuring that all findings are sufficiently documented and filed with adequate supporting objective evidence.
5. To prepare and distribute audit report with audit findings for every section / function audited in a plant.
6. Preparing audit reports for stakeholders, highlighting significant key control issues, identifying root causes, related risks, and providing practical, value-added recommendations for improvement.
7. Monitor and follow up to ensure timely implementation of agreed improvement plans.
8. Complete assigned projects in an organized and efficient manner, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
9. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Assists in preparation the standardized Quality Document associated with the manufacture of medical devices to ensure in compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, cGMP, FDA and MDR guidelines.
10. To audit and verify the standardized procedures are updated by respective plants and implemented accordingly as required.
11. To participate, involve, audit and follow up on the implementation of the plant’s projects that roll out in the plant.
12. Assists in compiling data and trends at the request of the Management.
13. To observe the company policy.
14. To follow the company safety rules and regulations in daily operations.
15. Other assigned duties as required by his/her superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
