Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Sales Operation Executive to manage our agency’s heartbeat. Your primary mission is to ensure our agents are active, our pipelines are flowing, and our recruitment is on track. You will be the "Right Hand" to the Agency Manager, providing the data needed to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Tracking: Update and maintain the recruitment tracker to ensure a steady flow of new talent.
• Activity Monitoring: Track daily agent activity and sales pipelines; identify which cases are ready for submission.
• Performance Reporting: Identify inactive agents and monitor training attendance to ensure the team stays sharp and compliant.
• Strategic Support: Maintain a list of "Hot Candidates" and high-priority cases that require immediate intervention or a "Boss Call" to close.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Forecast expected submissions and ensure the team meets weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Experience: 1 year in Customer Service or Sales Support (Insurance/Financial Services background preferred).
• The "Monitor" Mindset: You must be highly disciplined with data. You are the type of person who notices when a number is missing and follows up until it's found.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills—you will be the bridge between the agents and the Agency Manager.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is essential for managing trackers and pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
