Description :
Responsibility
- Approach customers proactively, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products using product knowledge and selling techniques
- Handle the cashier’s duties, process payments correctly, and ensure end-of-day cash is balanced and tallied accurately.
- Conduct housekeeping to ensure and keep the store floor, shelves, and testers neat, organized, and clean throughout the day.
- Support inventory counts and ensures products on the shelf are within valid expiry dates; remove expired or near-expiry items promptly.
- Replace outdated price tags, highlight ongoing promotions clearly, and ensure all promotional signage is accurate and visible.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Approachable and good personality
- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia & English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
