Job scope:
- Responsible to ensure operations budget is available prior to executing jobs.
- Responsible to ensure MOB orders are created in CRM for all jobs undertaken in respective regions.
- Responsible to update Job’s done tracking
- Responsible for timely submission of client approved timesheet to HQ
- Responsible to manage allocated petty cash by submitting error free claim with the threshold of 80%.
- Responsible to plan/coordinate manpower and equipment movement for all sites during long festivities.
- Responsible to plan manpower requirement for all sites as per project loading.
Requirements:
- Looking for DIPLOMA FRESH GRADUATE
- has experience in Autocad (2D)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
