What you'll be doing:

• Possess hands-on experience in setting out and interpreting construction drawings, with practical on-site experience.
• Manage and oversee construction activities to ensure timely completion of works.
• Adhere to the Master Program and ensure all assigned tasks are completed within scheduled timelines.
• Attend and actively participate in meetings with Consultants and the Construction Team.
• Monitor, record, and update construction progress, material deliveries, and site inspections.
• Report site conditions and developments to Management on a regular basis.
• Control and coordinate construction activities to ensure smooth progress on-site.
• Liaise and coordinate with Sub-contractors to ensure the timely completion of related trades.
• Identify, implement, and resolve technical issues, while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and standards.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior positions.

Work Location : Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
