Kerja Kosong ADMIN EXECUTIVE in Jerantut
Description :
Tanggungjawab Utama:
- Menguruskan operasi pentadbiran harian Pusat Bertauliah.
- Menyusun dokumen, fail & rekod pelatih/syarikat.
- Mengurus surat-menyurat, pendaftaran & komunikasi rasmi.
- Membantu penyediaan laporan, jadual latihan & dokumen sokongan audit.
Kelayakan Minimum:
- Diploma/Ijazah dalam bidang berkaitan (Pentadbiran/Perakaunan/Pengurusan atau setara).
- Pengalaman kerja di pusat bertauliah / institusi latihan / TVET adalah satu kelebihan.
- Mahir Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Kemahiran komunikasi & organisasi yang baik.
- Berdisiplin, teliti & mampu bekerja secara berpasukan.
