Kerja Kosong Resort Manager in Jerantut
Description :
- We need candidate who can ESTABLISH educational based resort incompliance with SDG.
- Candidate must experiences in handling small team and using collaboration technique in developing resort business.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Candidate must expect multitasking work since our company is still in start up mood.
- AsiaCamp provide EPF, SOCSO and SIP.
Main Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the resort.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate resort staff, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
- Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate regularly with owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
