Description :
We are a growing Malaysian retail brand in the beauty and personal care space, looking for a Retail Operations & Admin Assistant to support daily operations, with a strong focus on retail stock management and store support.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently while dealing professionally with retail partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock levels across retail stores and distributors
- Visit retail stores and factory locations deliver stock, arrange inventory, and check displays
- Build and maintain good working relationships with retail staff and store managers
- Track inventory movement and update the internal team regularly
- Handle daily order fulfilment, including packing customer orders for courier pickup
- Coordinate with courier companies for pickups and deliveries
- Respond to basic customer and retailer enquiries via email or chat
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as needed
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Office-based in Cyberjaya, with regular travel to retail stores
Requirements
- Must have own car and be willing to travel to retail stores
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities on the ground
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Friendly, professional, and confident when dealing with retailers
- Prior experience in retail, admin, or operations is a bonus but not required
Salary & Benefits
- RM2,000 monthly basic salary
- Transport allowance for work-related travel
- Parking allowance for store visits
- EPF & SOCSO contributions
