We’re Hiring: Japanese Customer Support Executives
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based
Industry: Online Shopping Platform
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in Japanese (English not required)
- Provide solutions and support related to online shopping experiences
- Ensure high-quality and professional communication with customers
- Work in rotational shifts to support global customers
What We’re Looking For
- JLPT N1 certification OR Native Japanese speaker
- Open to all nationalities (visa sponsorship available)
- Fresh graduates & experienced customer service professionals are welcome
- Willingness to relocate to Malaysia
What We Offer
Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 9,000 basic (depending on CS experience)
RM 500 transportation allowance
Shift allowance for afternoon shifts
