1. Admin Intern Job Description

Position: Admin Intern
Location: Setia Alam
Duration: 6 months - 1 year

Job Summary:
The Admin Intern will assist the administration team in daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, supporting other teams with administrative tasks, and gaining hands-on experience in office management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and archiving.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and office activities.
  • Prepare and maintain daily or weekly reports as requested by supervisors.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communication professionally.
  • Assist in preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and tidy.
  • Support other teams with administrative tasks such as coordinating with vendors or document delivery.
  • Assist in managing schedules for Live Hosts or other operational needs (if applicable).

Requirements / Skills:

  • Current student or graduate in Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

2. Human Resources (HR) Intern Job Description

Position: HR Intern
Location: Setia Alam
Duration: 6 months - 1 year

Job Summary:
The HR Intern will support the HR team in daily operations, assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks, and gain practical experience in human resource management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding of new employees, including preparing induction materials and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, attendance tracking, and performance data.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Support scheduling of Live Host activities and part-time staff reports (if applicable).
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
  • Assist HR team with any ad-hoc projects or administrative tasks.

Requirements / Skills:

  • Current student or graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
