Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / TASKS
- To plan and coordinate the production of PL & Naupli of all hatcheries within the group.
- To coordinate and lead the delivery and sales of PL & Nauplii to external & internal farms/hatcheries.
- To design, execute & monitor performance of PL & Nauplii within the hatcheries and customers.
- To assist the Lab Department with Quality Assurance & Quality Control measures
- To coordinate and monitor results from trials conducted by hatcheries with the group
- To be responsible for the accreditation and certification of all hatcheries within the Group.
- Ensuring the smooth running of all work activities in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Guarantee top performance and correctness of information submitted to the manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management or CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Advanced Diploma/Skill Certificate Level five (5) or Diploma /Skill certificate Level four (4) in Aquaculture / Science Marine / Fisheries or equivalent disciplines related to procurement processes.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.
ABILITIES
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of Aquaculture and hatchery processes, policy, and systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in conducting troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and sharing solutions.
- Ability to multitask, detail, and accuracy in tasks.
- Ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining full integrity of actions and high quality of output.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done.
- Proficient in written dan verbal communication of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to travel to at HQ or Business Unit – i-SHARP (Terengganu).
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Proficient in aquaculture and hatchery processes, policy, and systems.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Interpersonal, human relations, communication & problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to manage multiple projects.
- Commercial awareness.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
