Jawatan Kosong CNC Milling Operator Copper Graphite in Hang Tuah Jaya
Description :
- Setup, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines (3-axis) for copper and graphite parts.
-Load materials, install cutting tools, and set work offsets.
-Select appropriate tools for copper or graphite machining.
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and G-code/CAM instructions accurately.
- Ensure correct dimensions and tolerances are followed.
- Ensure parts meet surface finish and dimensional tolerances.
- Optimize milling parameters (speeds, feeds) for both materials.
- Use coolant effectively for copper machining to avoid tool wear and burrs.
- Follow safety guidelines for handling copper and graphite.
- Report machine or quality issues to supervisors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
