- Certificate or diploma from an accredited learning institution on automotive or mechanical technology
- INTERNS in the automotive field are welcome to apply
- Able to understand communicate in English both spoken and written
- Able to carry out diagnosis, servicing, and repair work in line with the service operations manual set out by Harley-Davidson. The manual will be mainly in English
