Job Description:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant premises.
- Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and other food preparation items promptly and efficiently.
- Sweep, mop, and clean dining areas, kitchen areas, storage rooms, and other designated spaces.
- Empty and dispose of rubbish and waste materials according to company procedures.
- Ensure rubbish bins are cleaned and fitted with replacement liners when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of sinks and common areas at all times.
- Replenish cleaning supplies and inform supervisors when stock levels are low.
- Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
- Assist with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and tools are properly stored after use.
- Support restaurant operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Work Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
- Ability to handle dishwashing and cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and workplace safety practices is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in Malay and basic English.

- Oriental Kopi (Suria Sabah)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
