Responsibilities
- Supervise production line activities and adjust staffing to meet schedules
- Enforce quality standards and conduct regular quality inspections
- Manage quality testing for block production
- Lead, train, and support production line workers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Identify workflow improvements and implement lean practices
- Communicate goals and updates to team members and management
- Prepare production and quality reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to applied
- Knowledge in using MS Office
- Possess a good attitude with the initiative to learn
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
