For Bata - Centre Point, Kota Kinabalu
- Greeting customers and offering assistance.
- Determine customers’ needs or preferences.
- Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences.
- Demonstrating how products work.
- Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience.
- Stay up to date with merchandise and informing customers about sales, promotions and awareness of Bata loyalty program (Bata Club).
- Keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise and monitoring sales floor.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service.
Requirement:
- Malaysians only.
- Experience in Retails industry.
- Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.
- Can join immediately.
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
