Description :
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Provide an excellent customer service which includes warm welcome greetings, answering questions, handles customer complaints and provides professional recommendations.
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances
- Assist stock replenishment and merchandising, and perform daily stock count
- Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise, and act according to company policies.
- Ensure customers are well-informed on any current promotion, rewards programs, activities and store return and customs policies.
- Handle cashier work if necessarily
- Propose stock transfer item and quantity for every SKU
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- Required to work during week-end and Public Holidays
- 6 days’ work per week according to the shift roster.
- Understand English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent selling skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and customer-oriented.
- We are in duty-free business selling liquor, wine, chocolates.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
