Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports in a timely manner.
• Support accounting operations to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Assist in managing audit, taxation, and SST matters, including liaising with auditors and tax agents.
• Support the consolidation process for multiple legal entities, including intercompany transactions and reporting.
• Perform day-to-day accounting tasks and assist in the supervision of financial operations.
• Prepare and review journal vouchers and invoices.
• Ensure financial records comply with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in reviewing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement.
• Support operational reporting tasks, including AP, AR, FA listings, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with the accounting team and provide support for financial queries.
• Assist in indirect tax matters such as SST, import duties, and customs audits.
• Support the preparation and submission of CP204, CP204A, and annual tax filings.
• Assist in calculating provisional and deferred tax for audit purposes.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and financial tasks as required by management.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data to support business decisions.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy with relevant work experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS principles, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience using ERP systems for ledger management, financial reporting, and data reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools to ensure accuracy and provide meaningful financial insights.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Finance Executive: 4 years (Required)
• ERP systems: 3 years (Required)
• Financial management: 3 years (Required)
