Job Description :
- Assist in payroll tasks including attendance checking, data entry, payslip preparation, and statutory contributions.
- Assist in documentation and correspondence such as letters, memos, reports, filing, and record management.
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements, and offer letter preparation.
- Assist in employee onboarding, induction sessions, and general HR administration.
- Assist in ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Requirement :
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Administration or related.
- Earliest possible start date: March
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months
Pay: RM300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
