Responsibilities:
- Actively approach and engage with potential customers to promote the products and services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, pricing, and promotions.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating the value of our offer.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offer to effectively position our products.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to provide valuable input for product development and improvements.
- Represent our company in a professional and positive manner at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in sales at Electrical Home appliance and mobile phone experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,650.00 - RM1,850.00 per month
