Job Title: Full-Stack Developer – Custom Business OS & ERP Integration

Project Overview

We are an LED Display & AV Integration specialist in Malaysia. We are transitioning from manual processes to a custom LED Business Operating System (LED-BOS). This system will manage the entire lifecycle of our business: from sales configuration and warehouse inventory (serial-number tracking) to field service and automated accounting sync.

We are looking for a highly disciplined, experienced developer to lead the end-to-end development of this platform over the next 12 months.

The Tech Stack

• Frontend: Next.js / React (hosted on Vercel)
• Backend/Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, RLS, Storage)
• Editor: Cursor AI (Preferred for workflow consistency)
• External APIs: * AutoCount AOTG API (Essential for accounting/inventory sync)
• WhatsApp Business Cloud API (For automated support ticketing)
• Claude/OpenAI API (For AI-driven troubleshooting & admin assistance)

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Frontend Development: Build and maintain 5 distinct interfaces:
• Admin Dashboard: Centralized business oversight.
• Field Service App: Mobile-first tool for technicians.
• Warehouse App: Tablet-optimized inventory & serial number tracker.
• Product Configurator: Client-facing sales & BOQ generator.
• AI Support Bot: Multi-tier WhatsApp automation flow.
• Database Architecture: Design complex relational schemas in Supabase to track thousands of individual parts across multiple project sites.
• ERP Integration: Implement real-time data synchronization with accounting software API (Quotes, Invoices, Stock Movement).
• Documentation & Continuity: Adhere strictly to the project’s "Continuity Contract" and "Business Data Architecture" documents to ensure the codebase remains maintainable.

Candidate Requirements

• Location: Based in Malaysia (Klang Valley preferred for occasional physical syncs).
• Experience: 5+ years in Full-Stack development. You must have experience building Internal Business Tools or ERPs.
• Niche Skill: Previous experience with AutoCount API or other legacy accounting software integrations (Xero, SQL Ledger, etc.) is a major advantage.
• Tech Proficiency: Expert level in Next.js and Supabase/PostgreSQL.
• Reliability: Proven ability to manage long-term projects (6 months+) with consistent weekly delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
