Description :
Position Overview
Responsible for the daily operation in warehouse keeping, handling stock receiving, issuance stock, Packing , Stock check , warehouse forklift , unloading and loading and inbound etc.
Responsibilities
- Responsible the duties carry out of distribution ST/STD received
- Received ST and doing stock pick and packing
- Received stock returns from branches (Stock A,X,R,P LUR etc )
- To assist admin on checking for return , verify stock condition for LUR
- To assist admin and warehouse smooth stock arrangement and storages
- To ensure all delivery , logistic and distribution control out register with logbook.
- To do stock count daily , weekly and monthly with warehouse team.
- To Ready stock as per requested in ST STD accordingly for event request
- To ensure all stock in utilised storages based on items categories
- To make sure the warehouse forklift is in service and good handling drive
- To reports any issue related warehouse to Team leader / Manager
- To liaise with warehouse team of any order pick and pack pending status
- Working with good attitude and personnel with good communication.
- To make sure all stock spare parts IPT parts is in control and packing in good
- Location racking storages and update stock card.
- To arrange empty pallet and warehouse daily housekeeping after job done.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
- At least 2 years working experience in warehouse environment
- Able to handle forklift
- Required skill(s): Teamwork, proper use of forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,850.00 per month
