Gym Front Desk Representative
We’re looking for a full time friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Gym Front Desk Representative to be the face of our gym. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, loves fitness, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are located on the 4th floor of Island88 (island plaza)
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and guests with a positive, professional attitude
- Handle membership enquiries, registrations, and sales
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong member relationships
- Manage basic inventory and front desk administration
- Assist with gym events, promotions, and special projects
- Support daily gym operations and ensure a smooth front desk experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Passion for fitness, health, and helping people
- Comfortable using basic computer applications
Bonus (but not required):
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
- Experience in a gym or fitness environment
