Description :
Key Responsibilities:
1. Case Registration & Documentation
- Register incoming cases accurately into the system
- Maintain organised records for all cases and supporting documents
- Track case status and assist with follow-ups when needed
2. Invoicing & Billing
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time
- Ensure consistency between case records and invoicing details
3. Customer Service & Coordination
- Communicate with dentists/clients via WhatsApp, phone, or email
- Handle enquiries related to cases, pricing, delivery, and timelines
- Coordinate case collection and delivery with customers or couriers
4. Marketing Support
- Assist in preparing simple marketing posts for social media
- Organise case photos and basic content for marketing use
- Support promotional or outreach activities when required
5. Inventory Management
- Monitor lab inventory (materials, consumables, packaging)
- Record stock usage and inform management when restocking is required
- Assist in receiving and organising lab supplies
6. General Administrative Support
- Data entry, filing, and basic reporting
- Support daily lab operations and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
