Kerja Kosong Senior Staff Engineer Module Application Integration UPTO11K in Melaka
Description :
Responsibilities:
- Lead process development activities including parameter optimisation, verification, and process improvement to meet project targets.
- Support technical knowledge transfer and handover to operations team.
- Prepare and maintain process-related documents such as PFMEA, DFMEA, Process Specification, Control Plan, and technical reports.
- Work closely with suppliers for tooling, machine, and material qualification activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement new process technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in semiconductor assembly processes.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.
- Knowledge in material science, chemical engineering, and Design of Experiment (DOE).
Pay: Up to RM11,000.00 per month
