Description :
Background:
The individual is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources and administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient company functioning. This role focuses on handling employee-related processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support across departments. The officer works closely with management and relevant stakeholders to assist in recruitment, payroll preparation, staff welfare, and compliance with labour regulations, while ensuring office operations are well-organized and aligned with company policies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave applications accurately.
- Prepare and compile monthly payroll information and submit to the Finance Department.
- Support the preparation and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee welfare matters and engagement activities with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate staff training sessions, performance evaluation schedules, and development activities.
- Support HR digitalisation initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Manage general administrative tasks, including office maintenance, supplies, and company assets.
- Assist management with HR- and administration-related correspondence, documentation, and reports.
- Organise and coordinate company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain proper filing and timely renewal of company licenses, insurance, and official documents.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
