PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, action logs, and progress trackers.
- Support preparation of project charters, scope documents, and status updates.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Generate dashboards, metrics, and reports to track progress, trends, and gaps.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights for project improvements or decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate communication between project teams, HR functions, and business units.
- Support stakeholder workshops, meetings, and briefings to ensure alignment.
Change Support & Adoption
- Assist in developing training, communication, and adoption strategies for HR programs.
- Track and report on user engagement, adoption, and feedback.
Research & Continuous Improvement
- Benchmark HR practices and tools to support recommendations for enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Ensure HR project activities comply with regulatory, legal, and organizational policies.
- Assist in vendor coordination, contracts, and resource allocation for assigned tasks.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years in HR transformation, OD, workforce planning, culture change, HR analytics or transformation PMO roles in MNC and GLCs or large organisations. Experience with competency frameworks, job evaluation or organisational restructuring is an advantage.
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum: Degree in HR, Psychology, Business.
- Preferred: Prosci/ACMP, Agile, HR Analytics certification, HRBP/OD credentials, Job Evaluation training (Mercer/Hay).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
