Job Description:
- Preparation of tender and contract documentation.
- Handle taking off and costing.
- Monitor construction costs and variation orders are within project budget.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Able to speak in Malay/English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Words and Excel)
- Good communication skills, both in written and verbal communication.
- Full-Time position vacancy available.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
