LIVE HOST – FASHION BRAND

Kami sedang mencari Live Host yang confident, energetic dan pandai closing sales untuk join team kami.

GAJI & BENEFITS

• Basic Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500
• Total Income (Basic + Commission): Boleh capai RM3,000 – RM5,000++
• Commission bulanan berdasarkan performance sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Host Live Streaming secara konsisten (TikTok / platform lain)
• Explain produk dengan jelas, menarik & high energy
• Engage dengan audience
• Drive sales conversion sepanjang live
• Plan flow live & simple script bersama team
• Collaborate dengan team marketing untuk jadual & promo
• Monitor performance & improve setiap session

REQUIREMENTS

• Ada experience sebagai Live Host / Sales Live
• Confident bercakap depan kamera & boleh kekal bertenaga sepanjang sesi live (2-3 jam per sesi)
• Pandai make-up sendiri
• Susunan ayat & komunikasi yang clear, smooth & convincing
• Faham platform media sosial (TikTok, IG, FB)
• Proaktif untuk belajar produk & faham customer behaviour
• Ada drive untuk capai target & sales KPI
• Bersedia join team shoot/content bila perlu

WORKING DETAILS

• Lokasi: On-site (Ayer Keroh, Melaka)
• Hari kerja: 6 hari seminggu (5 hari penuh + 1 hari half day)
• 1 hari cuti
• Flexible working hours (termasuk malam & weekend ikut jadual live)
