Description :
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness to purchase.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential markets and customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms and conditions to close sales.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure ongoing business.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the same industry.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, depending on the company's business model.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
