Description :
1. Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Prepare sales quotes, process customer orders, and handle inquiries.
2. Customer Interaction
- Manage communication with customers, answering questions and providing information about products and services.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and orders.
3. Order Management
- Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics or inventory) to ensure timely product delivery.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
