Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Make sure stock levels are sufficient, especially for high-demand models.
- Follow and maintain correct pricing.
- Ensure products are in good condition and ready for demo.
- Maintain proper product display, installation, and POSM in store.
- Register all product and competitor displays in the system.
- Build good relationships with outlet staff and sales teams.
- Assist and provide good service to walk-in and call-in customers.
- Share updates on sales, stock, pricing, and service matters.
- Continuously improve personal selling skills.
- Learn product knowledge and share it with floor sales staff.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance during working hours.
Remunerations:
SALARY UP TO RM5000
- Basic Salary
- Mobile Phone Allowance (Fixed)
- Target / Model Incentive
